This week I picked up my sketchbook for some quick sketching. I had been pulled away by more substantial work and business. I needed to get back into the habit of daily drawing something small; something with little or more expectations other than a simplicity.<\/p>\n
My sketchbook ink drawings took a turn on Facebook this week as I opened up an invitation for followers to post their photos for drawing prompts.<\/p>\n

My Sketchbook ink drawings\u00a0 became a collaboration of sorts as a steady flow of images cam in. The first I picked can be seen here; a photo of a child playing in a box. I took it a step further and make it a flower pot.<\/p>\n
As I was scribbling randomly I thought I’d open up an invitation to my Facebook followers to add suggestions for my random sketches. I have invited anyone to post something for me to draw inspiration from or post 3 words to draw from.<\/p>\n
