Safe, Professional Packing
Every artwork is packed with the same attention I give to creating it.
Pastel Paintings
- Wrapped in acid-free glassine
- Supported with rigid backing
- Cushioned with soft protective padding
- Secured inside a custom-fitted box
- A small amount of pastel dust inside the glassine is normal
- Please hand the artwork directly to your framer while still packaged
Oil Paintings
- Protected with soft padding and corner guards
- Boxed securely to prevent movement
- The painted surface is never touched or pressed
Shipping: Australia Post & Couriers for Larger Works
All artworks are shipped with care and reliability:
- Small to medium works are sent through Australia Post, with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.
- Larger or heavier works may be shipped via a specialised courier to ensure safe handling, secure transport and appropriate protection during transit.
No matter the size, your artwork is transported with the same level of attention and respect.

Framing Guidance
Framing is an important part of honouring your artwork.
Pastel Artwork
- Must be framed behind glass (not acrylic)
- Always use acid-free, archival materials
- A spacer or mat board keeps the glass from touching the artwork
- UV-protective glass is recommended
- Choose a framer experienced with pastels
Oil Paintings
- Should not be sealed behind glass unless using museum?grade glazing
- Use archival materials and a frame that allows the painting to breathe
- A professional framer can advise on the best presentation for your space
Caring for Your Artwork
Your artwork is designed to last for generations with simple, thoughtful care.
- Hang away from direct sunlight
- Avoid high-humidity areas
- Keep away from heaters and strong airflow
- Dust frames gently
- Never clean the artwork surface yourself
